the vineyard, the grape harvest, the scent of the must, sweet melodies that take you back in time when children ran around alongside the "grown-ups" learning the secrets of the cellar.
The vineyard is located in Contrata Tartaraci, 980 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Bronte (CT), north-west side of Etna.
The vineyards are cultivated with organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals. Our wines are the fruit of a passion that has been handed down for generations. They are wines that tell a story, the story of a family, of a land and of a territory unique in the world.
Halley Vintage 2023 - White Wine

The project includes the first vinification of Carricante di Milo, but in 2023 due to the prenospora the harvest is almost entirely damaged.
In order not to stop and continue production, it was decided to buy some Cataratto in Marsala from an old supplier of Halley. And so the 2023 vintage will be the first and only one with this grape variety.
952 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

952 is an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, whose name pays homage to the altitude of 952 meters above sea level, where it is produced.
We are on the north-west side of Etna, exactly in the Tartaraci district in the municipality of Bronte, an extraordinary land characterised by volcanic soils which give uniqueness and complexity to its products.
The varieties of olives used, Moresca and Nocellara Etnea, are grown in this unique microclimate, where nature and the skilled work of man meet. The oil is extracted at
cold, guaranteeing a superior quality, which fully expresses the aromas, flavours and tradition of Sicily
