Contrada Salice - Milo

East side of Etna - Contrada Salice - Milo

Viticulture on Contrada Salice, in Milo, on the eastern slope of Etna, is characterized by a unique landscape and favorable climate conditions. The vines thrive on nutrient-rich volcanic soils, which give the wines a distinctive personality. Here they mainly grow native varieties, such as Carricante. Exposure to the sea offers a unique salinity, which enriches the grapes, giving the wines freshness and complexity, appreciated nationally and internationally.

North side of Etna - Tartaraci district - Bronte

The Tartaraci district, located on the north-west side of Etna at an altitude of one thousand meters, is a particularly prestigious wine-growing area. Here, the cool climate and mineral-rich volcanic soils create the ideal conditions for growing the Grenache grape variety. The vineyards extend over a breathtaking landscape, characterized by terraces that offer spectacular views of the surrounding panorama. The wines produced in this district stand out for their elegance and complexity, reflecting the uniqueness of the Etna terroir.
