Return of Goods

If you receive a visibly damaged or broken package from the courier, please reject the shipment directly to the sender without accepting the goods.

We will then take care of the return and send you a new shipment at no additional cost.

In the event that the shipment consists of multiple packages and not all of them are damaged, please reject only the damaged one(s) by signing the courier's delivery note "With Reserve". In this case too, we will arrange for the return of the damaged package and we will resend the missing packages at no additional cost.

Returns are possible within 14 days with intact packaging.

In the event of a return of purchases with free shipping included in the price, the cost incurred for shipping the goods, equal to a one-off fee of 10.00 Euros, will be retained from the refund and deducted from the refund amount.

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without particular motivations, without providing any explanation, and under the conditions described below.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can send a registered letter with return receipt within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, addressing it to VAMA sas, Via Cavour, 34 – 95018 Riposto CT

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@vignavasta.it explaining the reason why you have decided to return the goods

VignaVasta will accept returned goods only if they arrive in good condition, with the original packaging intact.

The goods must be accompanied by the relevant invoice and must be returned to VignaVasta within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, VignaVasta, if applicable, will provide (after verification) for the possible replacement of the missing or damaged product, in accordance with the order placed. The transport costs for sending the returned goods are borne by the Consumer.

If VignaVasta detects adequate compliance with the return procedures carried out by the Consumer, it will refund the price of the returned goods and the related invoiced shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days.
