The vineyard is located in Contrata Tartaraci, 980 meters above sea level, in the Municipality of Bronte (CT), North-West slope of Etna. The vineyards are cultivated with organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals. The vineyard is 85% cultivated with Grenache. Our wines are the fruit of a passion that has been handed down for generations. They are wines that tell a story, the story of a family, of a land and of a territory unique in the world.

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, red mass maceration with the skins in the tank for 5 days, white mass maceration with the skins in the tank for 1 day
Aging: In fiberglass barrels for 4 months, then 9 months in steel barrels. Finally 4 months in bottle
